A long, long time ago (1999 to be exact), our Managing Director set up a traditional retail business which sold high quality products and services to both retail and trade customers. In 2004 the business expanded online. Knowing very little about trading online, the business set off on an unknown journey into the many perils and pitfalls of operating online. The rapid learning curve included Google Adwords advertising, SEO techniques, consumer browsing habits and website functionality, page content, cancellation rates, customer returns and much more.
13 years later, with a vast knowledge and experience of operating in an ever-changing, high-pressure online environment, we were inspired to create NoseyFox.com.
